We’re traveling again! Our final destination is Egypt for this adventure, however, we had the great foresight to plan a long layover in one of my favorite European Cities, Amsterdam. We arrived bleary eyed from our overnight flight and went out in search of coffee and croissants. We strolled through the neighborhoods around Centraal Station and enjoyed our afternoon under slightly rainy skies. Although we have visited the Dutch city many times, this was the first time we went to the Royal Palace. Then it was back to the hotel to catch a few hours sleep before an all-too early flight to Cairo. More to come!
