As a metalhead who grew up in the 80’s it seems weird that I never saw AC/DC in concert. It was definitely a bucket list show and I realize the time to catch them on the road is getting short. So, when they played Los Angeles at Pasadena’s Rose Bowl on April 18, 2025, we were there. Pretty Reckless opened the show. They did a pretty good job of warming everyone up, but there was no doubt who the crowd was there for. I’ve been to a lot of shows for a lot of bands and have never seen so much merch in the crowds. They came out swinging, with hit after hit. The crowd was very into it and even HZK, who is not a metal fan, had a good time.
